During the therapy sessions, I focus on your emotions, which positively influence your thoughts. On the other hand, during the workshops, we focus on our way of thinking and our belief systems, and by this we influence our emotions.
Workshops are organised for small groups (4-8), so that you can feel comfortable and we can discuss topics (general and not necessarily personal) that still seem to be taboo. The main goal of the workshops is to open an inner discussion with yourself, and it can be your first step towards inner peace. Emotional harmony is only, and only in your hands.
